About...

I am a Customer Service Representative with 5 years of experience and a trained General Virtual Assistant.

 

I' am a mother of one and was then a full-time BPO employee. I found myself ready to embrace the nature and benefits of a work-from-home setup. I loved the idea of me working and earning from home while spending more time with my family and my daughter. In all these years, I only have been with 3 companies where my entry-level has always been as an agent until it branched out and progressed.

 

I created HMF Freelancing Services, an online service provider to business owners, based in the Philippines in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, I have focused on developing her skills to become reliable in providing services to businesses of different sizes. I am an experienced customer service representative and a newbie in freelancing who is looking for a job that can enhance my skills and gain more knowledge for personal growth while contributing to your company's success.
